Growing pains

Lately my wisdom teeth decided that they're going to come in. I don't like the idea since I just lost my last baby teeth less than a year ago! But, I guess that's what I get for thinking too hard, too often. My teeth decide they're going to get wise, too.

Recently in my life, things seem pretty normal (which is quite odd, for my life to be normal). Usually there's always some weird sort of drama going on. Besides a few of my friends occasionally getting in a rut, life's pretty exciting. I want to get to know a few of my class-mates better that way when I'm done with Japanese, I can still see them often. I miss hanging out every week with my old friends but, It gives me some time to think. I've had a lot of time to ponder about life. I've came up with a theory that you do whatever is justice or right and things will work out well. So far it seems to be working out well for me. I'm pretty lucky, in general. It's weird, sometimes I really don't want to do something but then a second later I end up doing it anyway. Such as dishes, or picking something up off of the ground. I think I might have auto-programed my body to Tohru Honda specifications. I don't mind doing almoast anything, now. Doing some one else's homework, dishes, or even being on bathroom duty. I guess that's just a part of growing up. You start to enjoy hard work and it's benifits.

I decited to start a daily journal that I will write in every night before I go to bed. That way I can clear my head of things and I can sleep better. So far it seems to be working... In class I've been assigned one of the most difficult jobs imaginable. I have to draw very large pictures and well! I can't draw big! It's just so difficult to get the designs in ! Because the shape of everything changes. And it's harder to draw straight lines and perfectly round circles! But drawing big eyes is easy, I guess..

I wonder if there will be a karaoke contest at the Cherry Blossom Festival this Saturday? If so I can finally show off my singing skills, in a non-pressure way. But then again a few of my friends from class will be there and so with friends-of-friends... I wonder what I'd sing, anyway? Maybe "Tatta Hitotsu no Omoi" by KOKIA or "Doll" by Lia & Aoi Tada. Or something more easy-going like "Futari ha wasurechau" by Tsukamoto Shimai, Koshimizu Ami, and Nomo Mamiko. I want people to know how I sing, I'm just too shy to stand on a desk and start yelling the lyrics. Maybe if more people hear me sing, they'll respect me as a colleague instead of a little kid.

Fullmetal Alchemist (FMA): Episodes 1-51

I just finished the series FMA and am now depressed (also to the fact that I had a frightening phone call earlier from a friend, I won't get into that though). Back to the main subject, FMA IS THE BEST ANIME I HAVE EVER WATCHED IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE OF THE WORLD!!!! I haven't seen the OVAs*, yet ... This has to be the best written anime ever, unlike most anime, the manga actually has way less episodes/chapters than the anime itself! And also, unlike most anime I've watched, I decided to watch the dubbed version (English voices). I just couldn't bear even hearing Edward because he sounded so much like Maller (Maaraa, a female deamon from Oh! My Goddess! Her name's Maaraa because there are no l's in Japanese). I wonder where I can find the OVAs? Hmm, They'll probably all be in Japanese anyways *sigh*. Oh well...

Did you know they're airing season 2 RIGHT NOW?!?!? It'll just take another couple years though before they're in English, and that, my friend is another reason I want to be fluent in Japanese (I'm on class 2/4 right now...). So I can speed up the raw form into fan-subs and then once they get popular enough they'll finally get dubbed (which is usually a bad thing, since shows like Fruits Basket cut out so much when they switch it over...). I only got 3 hours of sleep and at the rate I'm going I'm not going to get ANY tonight. Weeee, Zzzzz.... I can see why Rachel (Morocco) and Kaleb basically treat this anime like a god, because it kind of is. It makes you think really deep about things and the way the story line went was crazy! It sucked you in but then at the end it just kept getting darker and darker.... Okay, NOW I'm getting sleepy...

*OVA stands for Original Video Animation. Which usually never is translated into English, sorry dubb fans.

Cake or Death? Just kidding, we only have death.

I hate calling people on the phone! Grr just a minute ago I called my collage to have them send me around all the offices. And STILL not helping ONE BIT!!! It says that I can't sign up for any classes at all this semester and that I'll have to wait until the Summer semester. SO, since this is oh-so-obviously-wrong I called in and waited for approximately 29 minutes (out of a 31 minute phone call) just to have the machine hand up on me. NICE! I just can't wait untill ALL of my Japanese classes are over and I know the language like I grew up hearing it (well I guess I have heard the Japanese language since I was little-er). Tee hee sensee said that after 11 years old the ability to have the accent like a native is impossible, I'm pretty sure that I have a major advantage then over the rest of the class because I'm not much older than that right now.

Prop 8: Protest!

I just want to start this post with a nice centence. <---That was it.

I just really want Gay marradge to pass already! If the eghing Mormons would get their head's out of thier bibles maybe they could see the reality of this prop. It's almoast like a type of slavery! What are we? In the 1800's? GROW UP!

Gays are everywhere and should be treated just like everyone else! If the Mormon's can't except that maybe they should go and make their own country and live there where they can pass any ridiculous laws they want! GRRR! They had a brainwashing site online with their massa' that would go on every night telling them that they would go to hell if they voted NO on prop 8. Firstly, WTF? Suuuuure, I may be going overboard but I DON'T CARE! This needs to stop NOW!

As you can see I have very strong ideas of what is right and what is wrong. And NO ONE should be able to steal ANYONE'S rights. Not even the president. How would the Mormons feel if we decided to burn all the bibles in the US or make Mormon and Christianity illegal? Hmm??? ANSWER THAT! I would do anything to be in those picket lines right now protesting the writes of two PEOPLE supporting each other. I'm not even gay! I don't even have any gay friends! I think that if two people love each other they should be able to get married! PERIOD!

Japanese

日本語 I took Japanese 1 today at IVC (most people had suggested JA1A but, being the
(Japanese) difficult teen I am I had to choose JA1...) this is probably the hardest class I've ever taken! Sensee (teacher) decided to have the class do really long sentences and started talking really fast, I couldn't keep up! The homework looks doable though.

Oh, and here's another thing, Sensee really recommends tutoring to everyone so I tried to sign up but I have to have that "pre-approved" too! I hate that just because I'm younger than everyone in class I have to be "approved" it's not like I'm some children's reading material or something! I just sit there and learn. I'm really getting sick of this age limit thing. Can't I just go through some sort of test to let me in stuff without having to go through the same thing over and over? Good thing this "tutoring" counts as 5% of my grade. I'm basically already done with the system and just looking forward to the part where I learn the characters.

I'll be learning Hiragana, then Katakana and then Kenji. Just the simple Kenji though because now and days people usually only use it for names and some books... I'm actually kind of excited for Wednesday even thought today went kind of bad. Anyways, Till next time, Sayonara!

Get into gear already!

I assembled my desk today! It took me a really long time though but, I did it all by myself! I really want to start getting into a schedule again... So far it's been going rather umm, lame. I've been waking up way too late, not going running like I wanted too and I haven't been stretching in the morning, either. Basically I want my schedule to be something like this:

8am Wake up
8:05am Eat breakfast, stretch out/ Leave for Japanese Culture class (on Saturdays)
9:30am Start studying for Japanese 1 (JA1)
11am Try to catch Gunsmoke on TV Land (I've just really been into that show lately)/Leave for Teen Disney Days (Thursdays?, Fridays?)
12pm Eat lunch/ Go to park days (some Mondays)
12:35pm Get home from JCC/Do whatever, Go on the computer, Blog, Walk the dog ect./Leave for JA1 (Mondays and Wednesdays)
6:30pm Free time or more studying... Or read a book
10:30pm Get home from JA1/ Get ready for bed/ Study a little bit more... XD
11pm - 12am Go to bed

Basically something like that... But I still need to figure out when I want to do Gymnastics... I defiantly want to go into the 3-4 Grade but I still haven't decided which day... Cheese and I still need to have a ridiculous talk that will probably end up having to do with pink skirts and gym teachers. ;3 I'm off to bed now, till next time, Sayonara!

Miki Falls

Today I went to Boarders and was looking at books. After I found Vampirates 3: Blood Captain I found the manga isle. I've never been in one. It's a hard thing to confess, being a manga and anime fanatic. But, yes it's true. I usually borrow anime from the library or read it online. So this is the first manga I've ever bought! I feal like a cool kid! I want to start buying them instead of waiting for the library to come out with it (usually 6-12 months from the release date). This is a four volume series, the first book is Spring the second is Summer, third is Autumn, fourth is Winter ect. This is the main story for the first book:

"Miki Yoshida’s final year of high school has begun, and she’s intrigued by Hiro Sakurai, the new boy in town. The problem is, Hiro wants nothing to do with Miki or in fact anyone else in their little town. Unfortunately for Hiro, Miki’s not going to take no for an answer. As she follows him around school and is determined to be his friend, though, she’s starting to realize that she may be in over her head. And when her fall happens, it could be a long one indeed."

I think it's kind of like Twilight because, like the main characters there's one person who seems cold in the beginning and starts to loosen up near the end of the book. I will probably have Christine read this book. I'll want it back of course. After that I went to gymnastics... Which was fun but, I won't go into it that far. That's what My Flying Circus is for! Till next time, Sayorara!

Sewing Machine of certain doom/death (who cares)

Today, I tried sewing with the sewing machine... I guess it kinda looks like a pillow (I can't tell yet I've only finished the first half then the lame machine decited to break on me). Maby sewing jean fabric wasn't a good idea for a first timer person... Here's a photo of the front half.

I'm re-using some old shorts that don't fit me and my mom's old sewing machine (it must be at least 12-15 years old by now). Yes, The pockets are functioning (AMAZING!). I can see the dog liking this pillow. She likes my denim jacket so.. Next time I see this pillow it'll probably be coverd in dog fur =).
